| Posted: | | | | Recently I purchased The John Wayne Collection and the Robert Mitchum Collection. Both of these collections contain The Longest Day. Unfortunately the entry for the Wayne Collection has no items from the box set and the Mitchum Collection is not even in the database. When I bought the Cary Grant Collection (which was also not in the database) I just downloaded the info for each individual film and then added them to the Grant collection to create my own box set. Since the Wayne and Mitchum collections contain the same film (one that I already have a separate copy of) I cannot enter it into both collections. Is this possible to do, and if so, how do I do it? |

| Posted: | | | | It depends whether or not the dics in both box sets are identical, i.e. have the same Disc ID. If they are different, you can use the two Disc IDs to create two distinct profiles. If they are the same, for now you'll have to create a manual profile for one of the two, and copy data into it.
However, this issue will be addressed in the upcoming 3.9 release of the program, which is now in beta. That release will introduce the principle of 'variants' of profiles, and that will enable you to have several variants of the same disc in your collection.
