| Posted: | | | | I recently upgraded my phone from the Galaxy s4 to the Galaxy s5. I never had any issues with the mobile app on the s4, but with the s5 I can't get it to connect to my server so that I can sync the app with my DVD Profiler that is on my laptop. Any idea's why this could be happening, or what I can do to correct it.

All my android devices have stopped connecting I have my IP change (laptop or PC) from day to day. My first step is to run the Test and see what comes back. Just for yucks, is the wi-fi turned on, on your new phone? |

| Posted: | | | | yes....wifi is on and i do have internet connection on my devices. I double checked the ip address by running the cmd prompt and the ipconfig |

| Posted: | | | | Software firewalls frequently update themselves and sometimes start blocking connections that they once allowed. The solution that works is to uninstall the firewall, test the connection, then if it works, reinstall the firewall and configure to allow the connection. | | | Invelos Software, Inc.
