Good evening, Sirs,

for christmas I got a pair of socks, and a portable personal computer with a clamshell.

Is it allowed to install and use DVD Profiler on two devices?

Love, bbbbb

Can I run DVD Profiler on more than one computer?
For instance, on a home computer and a work computer.
Answer:
You can run DVD Profiler on as many computers as you like, as long as only one copy is run at a time. If you have an Unlimited Registration key, you can enter it on more than one computer, as long as you ensure only one is run at a time. Note: you can also run a DVD Profiler 'server' on one computer and a 'client' on a second PC, using the database sharing capability.

It depends on what two devices you're talking about.  You may be able to install it on the computer if certain conditions exist, but I'd be surprised if you can get it to run on the socks.

Thanks. I thought it might be possible to connect the laptop to DVD Profiler for PC on the desktop, just like the android portable phone.

How does this server and client sharing system work?

The server allows the client to view the database via your local network.

Where are the server/client options?

Under Tools|Options|Sharing and under File|Open Database|Select Shared, exactly where you might expect them to be.
