| | Posted: | | | | I recently upgraded to iPhone 6 plus. I associated my new iPhone to my previous iPhone database (so all the info in that database should have transferred to the new iPhone). Everything did except the DVDs covers. They r all blank. I know it can show covers because any new DVDs I bought since includes the cover when I scan in the barcode to add it to the database. What can I do to add the covers to my collection? |

If you're still having problems, upload your collection via DVD Profiler Online, then create a new database on your device, then download your collection. After that, you can remove the old database on your device. | | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative | | | | Last edited: by Ken Cole |
