| | Posted: | | | | Only supervisors get credited. As always, artists are fine for local if you care enough to track them. I tend to track a lot of effects guy credits in old films where they were just crew members for someone else, but are now mega-players themselves, like Savini and KNB. |

so Visual Effect Director counts as Visual Effects Yeah, but in the hundreds of horror films I have audited, I think I saw a VFX director twice at most, so it's not a common credit, at least in the horror world where you would think it would be. |
