| | Posted: | | | | I added the Alien and Alien 2 DVD's to my database yesterday, then updated my database and Synchronized with DVD Profiler Online ..... My problem is that the movies do not show up in my online collection? I have no idea why this has happened? Any ideas welcomed!  |

DVDP -> Tools -> Options -> Parental Control -> Hide adult titles on online listing
This webiste -> my profiler -> Online Collection Settings -> Show In Public Listing -> Adult Titles
If you change the setting in the program you probably need to re-upload | | | Karsten

| | Posted: | | | | Thanks Lewis, but there is no need to do a repair.....The problem seems to be with the United Kingdom profiles? I switched to Canada for the profiles and they loaded and display online.....The UK DVD ones do not display. I am not after correct Country/Information.....All I want is a database of my DVD collection with pictures and a short description of the movie, so I am happy with what I have got!  |

It has to do with their rating and that they are probably rated 18, correct?
Please re-check your adult settings. I'm betting that other "adult" (don't read: "porn", read: "over 18") titles in your online collection are also missing. | | | Karsten

They should appear as numbers 1067 and 1069, but they do not show!

But why is everyone missing the point! The Canadian and USA versions (which are also 18 certificate) show up properly in the online list. it is only the UK versions that do not show!
For the Canadian and USA versions to show, the settings for adult movies must allow this...So why don't the UK versions show? |
