of this profile:
Die Wüste lebt: Walt Disney Naturfilm Klassiker

Region 2

Released: 19.07.2012

Full Frame 1.33:1

It has a running time of 360 mins (6 hours) which is on the back cover. But the title of the profile, as you can see, is only "Die Wüste lebt" which is about 67 mins. The other two films are specified as bonus.
So either the title or the running time is wrong. Which is it?

I know of a similar case: The Truth About Charlie UPC 025192282126 (United States)

The movie is a 2002 remake of Stanley Donen's Charade (1963), which is also included. Charade is included in the profile as a child of The truth About Charlie, and not as a second disc in the same profile. Each profile keeps its own running time and production year.

It's just one disc and one UPC.

As in my example. The second movie is on the reverse side of a double-sided disc and the child uses its discID for the profile.

If the other two titles are solely bonus films, their running times shouldn't count toward the total.

As Rizor said...

Running time from the main feature. And title from the main feature alone if any additional films is just bonus films. I have several releases like that.

That's what I thought but the question remains: Are the other two films bonus films. Or is the title actually: Abenteuer der Natur: Die Wüste lebt/Die Robben-Insel/Wunder der Präirie?

According to the cover, I'd say the title is "Abenteuer der Natur: Volume 1", or possibly "Abenteuer der Natur: Volume 1: Die Wüste lebt/Die Robben-Insel/Wunder der Präirie". Looking at both the front and the back cover, I'd say that all three films are part of the disc's "Main Feature" (it's a "Volume 1" containing these three films, plus bonus materials), and thus count towards the profile's running time.

Agree with T!M.

If you take a look at the other boxset of the series it becomes clear:

Boxset Title: Abenteuer der Natur: Volume 1
Edition: Walt Disney Naturfilm Klassiker

The titles of the featured content belong to either child-profiles or into episode dividers depending on what is applicable for the specific set.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Good. That was actually my idea but I wanted to ask before making any changes.
Concerning child-profiles: Since there is only one UPC and one disc-ID I wouldn't know how to create children.

How is that?
According to the frontcover it is a 2-Disc Set.
How are the features spread among them?

If there is only 1 disc id for the films you just can't make a profile for each movie.

I have a similar set like that... 2 movie in a 2 disc set... 1 disc is both movies (on single sided disc) and the extras (for both films) on the other disc.

Yep, it's like that. One disc for the three films (single sided) and one for the bonus materials.
