| Posted: | | | | Apparently there are two different DVD disc id's that came with this combo pack. The one that came with my copy (I6663584C7459DCF1) and the other that came with other copies, (15754E18659AA3E7). Both are child profiles of the parent UPC# 031398-181521, in the database. How do we make sure that both are treated as box set contents of that same UPC#? When I submitted my copy (I6663584C7459DCF1), it was voted down as the box set contents of my copy. I have double checked to see if maybe a program on my computer that would change the disc ID, there are none. |

| Posted: | | | | Based on past experience both are valid child profiles and should be accepted.
I have a number of box sets like that (Back to the Future and Godfather come to mind right away) where there are multiple child profiles of the same movie by different IDa. I just locally lock the box set contents to what matches my version so I get updates that match the specific discs in my version of the set. |

| Posted: | | | | It Happens, and the tie goes to the original submission. Just lock it down locally, but you can update the Disc ID of the parent ID, so that Disc ID is tied to the correct parent. | | | HDTV: 52" Toshiba Regza 52XV545U AVR: Onkyo TR-707 Speakers: Paradigm Monitor 7 v6, CC-190 & Atom Monitors Subwoofer: Definitive Technology ProSub 800 BD/DVD: Oppo BDP-93 (Region Free) HD PVR: Motorola DXC3400 500GB w/ 1TB Expander BD/DVD/Game: 250GB PS3 Slim DVD/Game: 250GB XBox 360 Elite Special Edition (Black) Game: Wii Remote: Logitech Harmony One w/ PS3 Adapter WHS: Acer H341 Windows Home Server |
