Way down on my list is taking a look at what you are asking for, but it would not be easy. As an example, I spent a lot of time building an interface so that you could play Netflix movies directly from DVDP. It was really slick. Then, with little warning, Netflix discontinued the program interface, completely disabling my code. "Once burned, twice shy" ...

I will check to see if Ultraviiolet provides an SDK / toolkit for building a player that accesses movies directly from the cloud. There must be something - Flixter, VUDU and other providers all have their own UI to do that, and must be enabled by some sort of license and code. If the license and code are free, I will probably do it someday. Again, I was burned by Netflix when they eliminated their free access and now only plays with the "big boys" for big bucks I assume.
