| Posted: | | | | Hi all! When I access to my online collection, it's empty meanwhile my profiler says that: Last Uploaded: December 3, 2013 8:32 AM Total DVDs: 1,150 Total Views: 2,923 Owned: 0 Ordered: 0 View your collection now [Copy this link] Wishlist: 0 My online collection link is http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/Antrox When I upload it, the program says that the upload was right. The visibility of the collection is public and i don't have any adult title Do you have any solution? please! Regards!! | | | Last edited: by Antrox |

If this isn't the cause then try a database repair first (Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair database), before uploading again.
If that doesn't fix it try uploading a truly blank collection, you can create one without deleting your current one by going to File > Open database > New Database.
Upload this one, then overwrite with your original one.
I would always recommend backing up your actual database first, File > Backup database. Just in case. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 | | | Last edited: by Lithurge |

| Posted: | | | | From the listing I'd assume that you are working with Custom Collection Types.
The Online Collection sadly can't handle those and doesn't show them. As a workaround you may want to flag the "Show Profiles in Owned .."- Option from the Category-Editor (Menu: Collection -> Edit Categories). | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | That would explain why the owned/ordered/wishlist shows 0 whilst the total dvd's shows 1150 in the user profile then. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | Well, the problem is just solved. My custom collections were not marked as owned as Lewis_Prothero says. Checking the option for every collection, the online collection is uploaded.
Thank you very much for your help.
Regards. |
