| Posted: | | | | I recently had a glitch and DVD Profiler hung up and locked up my computer. I couldn't use the task manager and eventually forced a hard re-boot. When I restarted the computer (And restarted DVD Profiler) I got a message that my program was corrupt. I OK'd the program to fix my database but after this happened, my cast and crew info was wiped clear. All of my DVD were available so I tried all of the online options to refresh my list but none of them restores that which is missing. I explored around and found a repair option in one of the menus but after running it my cast and crew are still missing. I found that if I highlight the title, go to the online options and refresh the profile and images, it will download the cast and crew. But I can only do this one at a time and I have 3200 DVD's. This will take a long time to individually refresh this. What am I missing here? |

| Posted: | | | | Highlight the first entry in the list.
Press CTRL+down arrow (this should flag all entries except the highlighted one)
Left click on first entry (all should be flagged now)
left click to unflag all profiles you already refreshed
Under collection menu, highlight flagged. When that submenu opens left click on refresh.
this should refresh all profiles from online. Don't know where you are, but go away for awhile. it will take a while to complete.
Remember regular backups on separate medium, makes restoral much easier..
