Hello I have an iPad 4 (64 gig model) and the latest IOS version installed.  I've had a few crashes but nothing major.  I would try doing a complete ipad shut down and see if that helps.  Maybe try uninstalling and re-installing to see if that works.  Shut down all your apps and just have DVD Profiler running.  If none of that works see if you can search the forum to see if other people are having the same problem as you.

The only problems I've been having is with the default Scanner.

I just purchased and installed DVD Profiler on my iPad Air. It has 128 GB and it's running iOS 7.0.4. The program freezes when I select "Add to Collections" then select "Add by UPC" and then select "Scan Barcode" about 3 to 6 times to add multiple movies to my local database. I don't have anything else running, and my FIOS Internet connection is 75Mb down / 35Mb up. This is fairly expensive as iPad apps go to be so obviously buggie.
