jEpisode divider at the beginning in "crew" section?

I'm dealing with a disc that has two episodes, but I don't know / can't remember how to insert an episode divider and make it appear at the very top.

That is to say that for crew (vs cast) I can't start off with an episode divider. I first have to have empty information for Direction, Production, Writing, Cinematography, Film Editing, Music, Sound, Art, Other, and any added divider drops in after that.

The first episode divider (The Rear Gunner) will be at the very top when you save your crew credits if you leave those top sections empty.

tweeter is correct.  I think it has something to do with the fact that crew roles are predefined entries.

lasitter, that looks normal. There will always be a blank crew at the top if you're using episode dividers.
