Send changes tab in iPad app to update database.

My "send changes" tab in the update database I can't seem to control.  I want to just send changes to my windows program but I can not slide it to on.  Any help with be greatly appreciated.

If you can't slide it to on, there are no changes to send.  The 'send changes' only sends the changes made directly on your iPhone.
