| Posted: | | | | I just bought The Walking Dead: The Complete Third Season (on DVD), entered it into DVD Profiler, the listing is highlighted in green. Why is that? None of my other 700+ DVDs/BDs have ever been highlighted in any color, so why now? How do I eliminate the highlighting?

| Posted: | | | | Thanks Rizor, I really don't think it's necessary to highlight new releases like that in my collection so I unchecked that option. Learn something new every day. Thanks again... | | | Time is the fire in which we burn. (Soran) |

| Posted: | | | | I never understood the point of this function either but noticed it a while ago. Perhaps it's more helpful for wishlists or something? I don't know. If I buy a movie the week of its release, I typically know it came out that week. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection My Letterboxd Page |

| Posted: | | | | Personally I find it quite useful as I use my Wishlist a lot and keep it in 'Wish priority order'. Because of that if something I am keen to get (near the top of the list) is coming up for release soon, DVDP reminds me by highlighting it... it's quite easy to forget even for high priority items since I tend to add them months in advance of the release date (which may change a few times anyway!) | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
