Here is one thread that looks at the issue (there are others) http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=610204 That particular release was initially released with a cardboard picture underneath the shrink wrap, but not part of the physical case (underlying cover art). Some of these types have the cardboard front glued on top of the shrink wrap. Several threads have decided that it should be the front image. But your contribution was to check the slip cover, but it is not a slip cover. Now this issue you have... Quote:

You can shut off profilers automatic Blu-ray media banner over the scans by media type (by editing the media type and unchecking use default banner) or at a profile level under "Cover Images" by checking whether you want the media banner |
