| Posted: | | | | I don't know about anyone else, but I got a new computer and had to download the program again. I then uploaded my list from online, and now I don't have ANY images. I can't find anywhere to help me with this, is anyone having the same issue, or do you know how I can fix it because it's driving me insane. |

A better way of transferring all your data (and images) would be to do a backup on the old pc, transfer the backup to the new PC and then restore the database on the new computer. This would mean that any custom images would get transferred as well. and as a safety option it's good to do regular backups as well on your new PC (so you don't lose any data) | | | Paul |
