I added a new DVD title via the PC version, including scanned cover images. I uploaded the changes to my online database.  When I download updates to my iPad, the new item appears with all wording. However, the cover images do not appear.

Any ideas on what might have gone wrong?

I have repaired my PC database & re-uploaded.
I have deleted the title from iPad and re-downloaded.

Nothing went wrong, covers just won't be uploaded to the online collection.
If you want to get your covers onto your iPad, you have to connect it directly to the PC version via WLAN.

In a bit more detail the only covers that show in the online database are those that have been through the profile submission/approval process.

So if you've done a scan for your local database and haven't submitted the profile to Invelos and had it approved/released you won't see them in your online database, so the iOS version has nothing to download.

You can either submit the profile and try the process again when it's approved, or if you don't want to wait then, as Standard suggests, you can change the connection type in the iOS app to connect to your local copy of Profiler and transfer it that way.

Thankyou. That worked.

I contributed my images and when they were released (next day - thanks!!), my cover images then appeared in the iOS versions of the app, after uploading from the PC of course.
