Common name for actor John Polce / John J. Polce

I am trying to find the common name for actor: John Polce / John J. Polce

The CLT counts are inconclusive with him being credited for the same films under multiple names due to profiles being copied from IMDB:
"John Polce" is credited in 22 titles (95 profiles),
"John J. Polce" is credited in 10 titles (158 profiles),

If anybody has any of the following titles or even other could you please let me know what he is credited as.

John Polce  ( 3 confirmed / 2 unconfirmed)

American Dreams: Season One 
Flawless (1999)  [counts as uncredited while credited as stand-in]
It Had to Be You  confirmed by MickySpoon)
Night and the City  (confirmed by JOHNNYV)
Somebody Has to Shoot the Picture

Credited as John J. Polce so I assume for now this is the common name.

My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it!
