I already contacted the team via email. They told me to post on forums. Apparently had an issue uploading the updated collection. Now I can't download it. It says I have more online than on any of the devices I have the App in.
When I cleared the database in the iPhone to upload a blank version, the option the technician gave me, it did not work.
Just need someone to delete the Online database so I can upload again. Also, if someone is kind enough to tell me what happened so that I might minimize the issue later on; that would be great!

Thank you you won't find anybody here who can delete your online database. all I can suggest is you use a PC to create an emoty database and upload that - which will delete the records from your online database. or sync from your Ios to the Pc without using the online at all.. | | | | Paul |
