| Posted: | | | | so I just got The Complete Red Green Show: High Quantity Collection and im working on putting the disc ids in under each season and it wont let me enter the first disc cause it says its already in the database so I checked and its listed in the database as The Red Green Show 1991 Collection how do I go about adding it to the database when who ever listed The Red Green Show 1991 Collection, The Red Green Show 1992 Collection, The Red Green Show 1993 Collection they just added, the disc ID they didn't create a parent for them, so I think that The Red Green Show 1991 Collection, The Red Green Show 1992 Collection, The Red Green Show 1993 Collection should be deleted so how can I remove these from the database since their is no parent for them??? | | | http://www.mulligansmovies.com/ |

| Posted: | | | | Why do you need to add it if it's already in the database? Just attach it to your complete set and you're done. | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | There might be a mismatch with titles and covers but that can't be helped, you can only change those locally since the profiles already exist. The only exception is if the complete collection was released before the invidual seasons. Then the profiles should reflect whatever release came first. | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | The existing profiles are bare-bones; not having downloaded them, it doesn't look like anyone spent much time on them. You could contact the one(s) that put them in and discuss resubmitting them with their UPCs (which appear on the back cover scans). That would be the most civil first attempt.
If they don't respond, you could do one of two things:
1. contact Invelos about correcting the situation, since the profiles should properly be by UPC, or
2. resubmit new profiles yourself with the UPCs and then change the existing Disc ID profiles.
(If you don't want to invest that kind of effort, let it lie and change them locally.) |
