I have looked in the forums for this problem but can't find the answer. I've bin using the wifi sync to my PC for well over a year and now I can't. I'm not a rookie at this but i'm at my wits end. as soon as I hit the update button on my iphone the window pops up telling me "Unable to connect. Please ensure that DVD Profiler is running etc... Sharing is active and it's up and running on my PC the server is the same, haven't changed the port or the password so I'm lost. I be grateful for some other suggestions.

This has only happened to me once and, to make a long story short, it turned out that my IP address, listed at the bottom of the Profiler window, had changed.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Ok I'll check that out. But in the past when it did change I caught it. DVDP did display the change but I will give that a try. Thanks so much.

If that fails, try a database repair on the PC Profiler. That fixed it for me.
