| Posted: | | | | Re: Case Type... Noticed Case Type field was blank, wondered if Slip Case might be appropriate? It has an outer slip cover over what I guess would be a digipak inside a sleeve (or something like that) . What is a Slip Case? Would Digipak with Slipcover be more appropriate? (similar to The X-Files Collector's Editions, only GoT has an outer sleeve over everything) What would you call a contraption like that? Also, about the front cover scan: I realize reflective surfaces don't scan very well, but this front cover looks really dark and you can barely read the title. Do covers have to be actual scans? I have a front cover image I've replaced the scan with in my database which looks considerably better than the existing image but mine is not a scan. Would it be inappropriate to submit that image for consideration to replace the existing scan? I gotta tell you, it looks WAY better than the existing front cover image... | | | Time is the fire in which we burn. (Soran) |

| Posted: | | | | 1) Without pics (or at least a UPC) it will be very difficult to answer your question(s) 2) For "What is Case Type XY"-questions take a look here and/or here (Slip Case vs. Slip Cover). | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | In DVDP land slipcase is only used when it contains 2 or more UPC based packages within.
So it is Digipack, Slip Cover
Here is the UPC for the Target Exclusive version which is the same except it has an extra bonus disc (and blurb on the back). It is done as Digipack/Slip cover. 883929229062 |

AIUI a slipcase is used when it contains 2 or more packages within, whether they have UPCs or not. Multiple ThinPaks in a slip is still a Slipcase, as is the situation when the UPC/EAN on multiple keep cases of separate seasons are removed and replaced with "Not for Separate Resale" as is quite often the situation in the UK. Quote: So it is Digipack, Slip Cover However I 100% agree with this | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| Posted: | | | | As far as the front cover image I'm using: Digipak + Slipcover sounds good. | | | Time is the fire in which we burn. (Soran) | | | Last edited: by kd5 |

| Posted: | | | | Cover looks great. If it matches the layout of the frontcover I see no reason why it should not be contributable. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
