Just wondering how to credit people that are a doctor, royalty or military?

Such as Prince Charles, Doctor Drew or someone like General Ryan (Stargate SG-1: Season 4, episode 19. Prodigy)?

Do we follow the honorific rule and list just the name and use credited as for the honorific, or are they treated like stage names?

Huh. Just one name seems incomplete. Is this how they are always credited? Otherwise they might have another common name...

I don't know about the rest, but General Ryan is/was an actual General.  He played himself in that Stargate episode and it is, to my knowledge, his only credit.  His real name is Michael E. Ryan, but that doesn't matter as his one and only credit is the one CubbyUps mentioned.  I guess we could use the 'stage name' rule and enter it as credited.

I came across a similar case in The Wild Bunch. A castmember is listed as "Sra. Madero" which is short for Señora Madero. According to IMDB she only has this 1 credit. No idea what her full name is. I just submitted it as "Sra. Madero".

If it's their only credit I guess it is a stage name as far as we are concerned. Doesn't really matter then what their "real" names are.
