Close DVDP.
Go to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\DVD Profiler
rename OnlineList.dod to OnlineList.old and OnlineListSel.dod to OnlineListSel.old
Start DVDP. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Try running a database repair in the program. That could correct the problem.
At the top of the program, click on Tools -----> Options -----> Utilities -----> Repair Profile Database | | | Corey |

I'd try the database repair first, if that doesn't work I'd try what DJ Doena suggested. You can't see the folders because they are system files and are hidden. But you still can access them by looking in them directly. Type in "C:\Users\ja\AppData\Local\DVD Profiler" into the address bar and it should take you to that folder. It's hard to tell, but it looks like your user name is 'ja', if not replace it with your username and you should be able to browse that folder and be able to rename the files DJ Doena suggested. | | | HDTV: 52" Toshiba Regza 52XV545U AVR: Onkyo TR-707 Speakers: Paradigm Monitor 7 v6, CC-190 & Atom Monitors Subwoofer: Definitive Technology ProSub 800 BD/DVD: Oppo BDP-93 (Region Free) HD PVR: Motorola DXC3400 500GB w/ 1TB Expander BD/DVD/Game: 250GB PS3 Slim DVD/Game: 250GB XBox 360 Elite Special Edition (Black) Game: Wii Remote: Logitech Harmony One w/ PS3 Adapter WHS: Acer H341 Windows Home Server |
