Close DVDP.
Go to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\DVD Profiler
rename OnlineList.dod to OnlineList.old and OnlineListSel.dod to OnlineListSel.old

thank you. I'd try the database repair first, if that doesn't work I'd try what DJ Doena suggested. You can't see the folders because they are system files and are hidden. But you still can access them by looking in them directly. Type in "C:\Users\ja\AppData\Local\DVD Profiler" into the address bar and it should take you to that folder. It's hard to tell, but it looks like your user name is 'ja', if not replace it with your username and you should be able to browse that folder and be able to rename the files DJ Doena suggested. | | | HDTV: 52" Toshiba Regza 52XV545U AVR: Onkyo TR-707
