Allow alphanumeric characters in Collection # field

Our DVDs are stored in 4 identical file drawer units, each with sleeves specifically made for DVDs or CDs and numbered 1-200. To catalog them, we labeled the drawers A, B, C & D. I would like to use the Collection # to indicate the location of each disc, but the program will not allow me to enter a letter in the Collection number field.

The desktop version allows for location and slot fields... and it is in the iOS app - albeit hidden... Go to a profile - scroll down to the discs section and tap on or create a disc if one is not there. This will allow you to assign a location ( alphanumeric) and slot (numerical) as desired.

In this case the way DVD profiler handles your need is the collection number is just that - a running count - than each disc can be listed as A127 or B67 etc etc
