| Posted: | | | | Hey Ken. I have been using DVD Profiler for iOS on both my iPhone and iPad since it was released and I really love the software. I used to use the trial version of the Windows application as well when my collection was much smaller and I had a Windows machine to use it on. I have been hoping for a Mac version of the desktop application and was wondering if you had considered setting up a Kickstarter page for development of a Mac compatible application?
I know you are pretty much a one man show here which is pretty great, but I think a Kickstarter page would be a great way for you to gauge some actual interest in a Mac application and the funds could be used by you to hire a programmer to convert the Windows code to something that is Mac compatible. You may not want to let someone else mess with your code though, and that is understandable. So is a Kickstarter page something you have considered or something that could be a possibility in getting a Mac compatible desktop application made available? |
