Apologies if something like this has been addressed before:

Jean-Luc Godard's Weekend (released this week from Criterion) has NO cast or crew credits in the film itself, not even for the director.  They are, however, listed in the accompanying booklet.  Would these be acceptable additions to the profile?

For the online database, you are allowed per rules to enter cast as uncredited, explaining your source. You are not allowed to enter any crew, since uncredited is not available.

If a little common sense was allowed in contribution system, I should say that it should be allowed to enter credits that are in the booklet. Perhaps you could try to enter at least the director, explaining this in contribution notes. Sometimes, screeners show that interesting data is more important than the letter of rules.

Judging from Ken Cole's ruling here, I'd say this is allowed.

As mentioned in the link Tim posted, I'd say: list the cast (as uncredited, of course), but not the crew. Mention in your contribution notes that you got the cast from the booklet. Many thanks from a Criterioncollector!

For the record: Ken mentioned crew as well.
