I have run repair now three times in a row.  Still getting this error message when trying to add a new DVD.

"Invalid floating point operation"

When adding by UPC it found 2 of my new ones, but not Arthur Christmas (043396409750).

When I went to try to add by title I get the error message for every letter of the title I try to input.  Also the lower half of the title screen does not appear correctly.

You might want to try to run a database repair using a different thing - it worked for one on my problems:

Tools > Options > Online > Alternative Connection Method. Then run the Database Repair.

I know the problem is caused by my computer crashing yesterday.  I opened it up and vacuumed out the dust this morning and that seems to have solved the problem.  *crosses fingers*

Will try your method next Kathy!  Thanks for the suggestion!

Nope, still get the error message.  Ran a full repair with the alternative connection method checked.

Also, closed program and restarted.  Also restarted computer.

Any other suggestions?

First try to uninstall and the reinstall DVDProfiler. This is known to sometimes fix this problem.

If this doesn't fix the problem it might be that your Tahoma font got corrupted
Check in Windows Control Panel -> Fonts if "Tahoma" is listed. If not reinstall it.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Be very careful using a vacuum cleaner, if it has metal it can cause static charges to your ram and other components - thus damaging it. If using a vacuum cleaner make sure you use a soft clean brush (like an unused paint brush) to loosen all the dust and don't let the vacuum cleaner actually touch any part of the internals.

Well, uninstalling and reinstalling Profiler worked.  Thanks for the suggestion, Lewis_Prothero!

Oh, and I've vacuumed out the computer before.  Don't worry, it's plastic.
