Is there a way to undo child profiles once they have been added?

Just delete the current ones and renumber your collection to your preferences. Child profiles won't be loaded again automatically. Actually, these are nowadays not added automatically; even when you add a new title the program asks permission to add a child profile and you're free to state 'no'.

If your beef is on collection numbers only, you could select each current child profile and set the collection number to 'none', via the CTRL-P menu of personalisation.

At least that's the way I do it. Box sets with movies as child profiles: box set to 'none' and each movie child profile numbered. TV box sets and BluRay releases with child profile(s) for the DVD's: main profile numbered, child profile(s) set to 'none'.

Does that answer the question? Of course, whether collection numbers are 'correct' is a personal preference as there are multiple ways to number your collection...

By the way, welcome to the DVD profiler forums!

Yes that does answer my question and sounds like what I'll be doing from now on. Thank you for the tip and the welcome to the forums!
