Imtrying to add my sets to the program and it simply doesnt work right. There is another program called collectorz(i think thats what its called).Im about to hurl this program and buy the other.I will also post as many crappy reviews as i can.You know, when you buy a program to keep track of your collection you would think it would work right.Well, this one doesnt work right""I added a set called stingray and it has 5 dvds in the set but the stupid program only counts it as one disc in the collection count(its on the left side where it shows how many dvs you own.I tried to get answers but im not getting anything to help me.Is there a way to get a refund on the program?I have just had it with it.I added the twilight zone definitive edition that is the whole series and it counted it as 30 discs and there are 38.Thats 38"""""""""""Im told to make changes in it but why should i make changes. Why isnt the program counting them right? It does ok for 1 dvd and doesnt goof it up.Why cant it do that with sets? The program needs to be corrected so it counts them right. If a set has 38 discs in it i should see 38 not 30.How much more simpler can i explain it?Do any of you other people have this problem?

Your post is very difficult to read due to its poor syntax and grammar. Furthermore, its tone is rude and offensive. If your purpose was to solicit help, I doubt that you will get much of it.
Thanks for your support.

You did?

Checking your forum record reveals only one other post within the last 12 month. The question you asked there was correctly answered by Caleb.

Regarding your question:
This "stupid program" is in fact so stupid that it needs your help to know how to count a boxset.
When not adding the children of a parent-profile the count will always be 1, if you want a different count-value, simply open the Personalize-window of the profile (CTRL+P) and enter the "Count-As" to the desired value.

BTW:
I agree with mediadogg that your tone is highly offensive.
So as long as you don't change your attitude, I'm afraid that more help is out of reach for you.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

No. The problem is you.

You are better than me... When I've seen this message this morning I didn't felt like wasting my time to give that easy to find answer.

I call it user error.  Not understanding what the numbers mean and assuming they're wrong.  They're not wrong, they're just not counting what you think they're counting.  But you are very close.  A few tweaks here and there to Count As would be what you want.

Try out Collectorz is you like.  Maybe it will meet your needs better.

Or I guess you could ask again nicely.  No one here is being paid to help anyone.  They do it out of the goodness of their hearts.  Treat them right and they'll bend over backwards to help you.  I'm not seeing anyone bending forwards, backwards or sideways at the moment.
