First thing you should try is a database without starting DVD Profiler. In Windows click "Start" and find the "DVD Profiler"-folder, inside that there should be "DVD Profiler 3" and "Database Repair Utility". Click the latter and do a full repair. If this doesn't help, is your online list up to date? You can always download that into a new database, if you have the option to create a new one in the failed startup. Also, the problem might be that you are using an old version of DVD Profiler and something goes wrong when v3.7.3 tries to get updated profiles from the v3.8.1-master-database. hth, Mithi |
