Can't Login with registration key

I have a DVD Profiler premium registration key - however I can't seem to log in and have it recognized, nor can I seem to update this account to use it. And without that I can't access the forums. How do I fix this?

Have you tried http://www.invelos.com/Login.aspx with you old Username and Password?
Or http://www.invelos.com/Login.aspx?bykey=true with your First and Last Name and Registrationkey? On this page there is also a link to "send an auto-login link to your email address."

If all three options don't work, try contacting Invelos directly.
