I'd downloaded the mobile app and added all my DVDs to the phone app a while back, I finally got round to downloading the pc application and started syncing the information. After a few issues (numerous times the phone app kept shutting down) I thought I finally had it sorted.
The problem now is that it deleted all the profiles on the mobile app- I was able to get most of these back but I used to have 534 titles and now only 436 show up on the phone. Looking at the app on the pc, this would reflect the total dvd (534) and filtered dvd totals (436), so what I am wanting to find out is
1- How do I get access to the missing titles on the pc app? Why do only some show as filtered?
2- How do I get the files back on the phone app (without having to re-insert them)

| | Posted: | | | | OK- I think I've worked out the problem- it seems to be with the parental control blocking them out. Any idea how to sort that out? It keeps asking for a password when I go into it but I don't remember setting one!

I forgot my parental control password.
You've set a parental control password but have forgotten it.
Answer:
The default parental control password is 'acknowledgement'.
To reset the password to the default password, select Tools->Options->Utilities->Reset Parental Control Password. |
