| Posted: | | | | I downloaded and installed the latest version, and I see that the option of "multiple" is now gone from the color section? Was this deliberate? If so, what do we do in those cases now? | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |

| Posted: | | | | Yes... it was deliberate. When Ken went from a drop-down list to check boxes where you can check more then one he removed it. This way it tells us not only there is multiple... but which color schemes. | | | Pete |

It does not differentiate between black & white + color and black & white + colorized. I have more than 40 discs which have a colorized version of the film. We have an icon for colorized, but it doesn't show on any of my profiles with colorizes films, because those disc all contain also the original black & white version of the movie. - And I doubt whether such discs that contain only a colorized version of the film exist at all? | | | Markku |

| Posted: | | | | We went through a lot of that when at the time in the rules committee forum... and yes... there is colorized only releases... plenty of them... especially when you consider all regions and localities.
What makes you think you can't check B&W and Colorized? Of course you can! while the multiple icon looks like a color film and B&W film icons together... it's just the icon for multiple... put your arrow on the icon and it lists the color schemes as colorized and B&W as it should. I even double checked it just now... it is showing as expected. | | | Pete |

What I'm "complaining" is that when I check them both, the color icon doesn't give me accurate info about the color schemes, unless I put the mouse cursor over it. I would just like to have different icons for different schemes. | | | Markku |

| Posted: | | | | That is something only Ken can do. But at this point he decided on a basic icon to show for multiple. Which I personally am happy about. Since a set could have up to all 4 different color schemes... seeing an icon for all 4 would (IMHO) be way too much to show that. I just really don't think it would look good at all. Way too busy. IMHO a simple icon to tell us it is multiple... then we use the cursor to tell us which ones are included is much better. | | | Pete |
