Calling Firefox vs IE? |

Is there somewhere I can go to edit his preference? |

| | Posted: | | | | I was going to post that there appeared to be a setting under Tools->Options->Utilities->My Links Launch Programs, since mine had Chrome in there, and My Links were sparked off into Chrome, but then I thought I'd better test, since Chrome is my default browser.
So I removed Chrome from that menu, and My Links still got sparked off in Chrome.
So then I thought, what happens if I set that to FireFox, and I went to stick FireFox into that list, but lo and behold, that entire button is now disabled.
I'm not certain what I've done to anger the UI ghods, but it looks like I can't explore anymore until I get this sorted out. | | | | -fred |

The Launch Programs list is the list of programs you've authorized to launch from a My Links click. http:// links don't have to be authorized, but anything else does have to. When a link is visited that requires validation to allow the program to launch, if you accept that, the program adds the program to the 'ok to launch' list. The Launch Programs button enables when there are entries in that list, so you can change your mind and remove them. Once removed, the next time a link is visited that wants to launch that program, you'll get the allow prompt again. | | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

I wonder what I had added that got Chrome in there. I was doing a fair bit of playing with the MyLinks stuff, so it's as like as not that its gone now...
