| Posted: | | | | Is anyone else noticing that their watch history is blank for all movies? Although the welcome screen correctly only displays unwatched titles (currently 4 in my collection). |

| Posted: | | | | My watched list is correctly showing. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free. - Citizen G'Kar |

| Posted: | | | | That's the problem, my user list is blank. It used to have at least 5 individuals on it. |

| Posted: | | | | Did you back-up to a file with the old version or just overwrite and let it import? |

| Posted: | | | | Unfortunately, I overwrote and installed the new build. The data has to be somewhere though because the welcome page logic is correctly only showing new movies that have no history. Although it is showing no history for any of my movies, it only shows the truly un-watched in the scroll thru window. Another curious symptom is that it adds any watched movies that I click to edit. For example, if I edit an old movie, the next time I bring up the welcome page, it adds that movie to the list of un-watched.
Any ideas would be appreciated as I have 900+ movies, there is no way to re-create the history with any hope of accuracy... |

| Posted: | | | | Did you recently upload to DVD Profiler online? SO long as you haven't re-uploaded since upgrading, you may be able to restore from online. I'd recommend opening a ticket first, though. | | | Last edited: by Ace_of_Sevens |

Select a movie where you know for sure it has history. Then flag it (e.g. by pressing the space bar). Then select File -> Export Profile Database -> Flagged Profiles Open the created file with a text editor or Internet Explorer and look for a section called <Events> | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Yes, it has. In fact you got an empty Events-tag (you can see it at the slash at the end). So there are really no events. Have you tried a database repair? But you better make a backup before - just in case... | | | |
