If I recall correctly in some if not all episodes there are segments that show Jarrod as a boy. These are in Black & White.

Now in general these episodes run around 45 minutes. Now is it going to be required for contributors to watch each episode to see if the B&W segments run about 4 minutes or add up all the B&W segments and see if it reaches the 10% benchmark of the total running time of the seasons running time?

How exactly to enter this without watching each and every episode and compute the B&W segments?

Yes and that's why I think this rule need a change.

I think it should be ok to contribute it as color. And if someone can prove it is something else, he can just contribute the change.

I would say if most of the series is colour (however much the percentage of B&W) it should be listed as colour.

Star Trek: Voyager has the same problem. Tom Paris's holodeck "Captain Proton" adventures are in Black & White, but I wouldn't list the series as 'Multiple'.
