Scans of Non standard Covers |

| Posted: | | | | I've just checked the Contribution Rules and don't see it covered, but wondered what the thoughts are on scanning non standard covers? Mainly where the cover is rotated 90degrees, personally I prefer it scanned so the text is horizontal.

If you contribute landscape the cover will be cropped to the allowed maximum width of 500 pixels, leaving it with a height of ~360 pixels. So you lose almost half the resolution as opposed to the 500 width * 700 height that is possible.
