| Posted: | | | | Good evening,
I come you ask of the help because I meet a problem with my possessed DVD. DVD Profiler rest blocked in 595 while in my collection, I have 605 of it of numbered. I repaired the base, deleted the saving to return to a previous version and so uninstalled / reinstalled the software but nothing to make I always remain blocked in 595 in them possessed. Anybody would have a solution please? I use Windows 7.
Saddened if my English is not very understandable, I am French and I use a translator. Thank you in advance. |

| Posted: | | | | Under the top row of tabs, do you use the Collection tab> reassign collection numbers option? | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. | Posted: | | | | Yes, I also used the option to re-dial the number of the collection and my possessed stays in 595 while he shows 605 in the collection. | | | Last edited: by N_Ko |

| Posted: | | | | Have you some DVDs that were in the Owned list that are now in another list, say Ordered or Wish list? | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. | Posted: | | | | Try a different numbering type, than the one your are using, Purchase Date, Release Date, Title. See if the numbering changes, then redo your preferred ordering type. Also check your sort title. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. Ineptocracy, You got to love it. | Posted: | | | | Seems to me like a problem with "Count As..."
To solve the problem: - right-click in the collection list header - flag "Count As..." "Ascending" - Check the first 10 for their "Count As" value (to be found in the profile editor -> "Personal" tab) | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | To change the list of sorting does not resolve the problem. I also looked at the values for " account as " and they are exact.
The problem comes especially whom the added DVD last ones are very present in the list but not counted. |

| Posted: | | | | If you are assigning the collection numbers by Purchase date, have you checked correctness of the p;purchase dates? | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. | Posted: | | | | Please refresh your online collection to the latest value, maybe the error can be seen there too.
To refresh your online collection use DVDProfiler menu "Online -> DVDProfiler Online ..." choose "Upload". | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Under Reassign Collection Number, one of the fields by purchase, release or title has to be set. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own.
