I'm using version 3.72 and what's happening is that after opening and using the program I can't exit in the normal way and I have to resort to closing the running process.
Any ideas?

Thanks

Well, let's start with the basics just in case.

Have you tried rebooting your entire system?
When you say that you can't close, does the window ever hide (even though the process continues to run)?
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk.

Use key combination ALT + Tab to check for hidden program windows.
Sometimes a popup window of DVDProfiler hides in the background, thus preventing it from working properly.
When working with Win7 all' you'd have to do for checking is hovering the mouse over the Profiler icon in the taskbar.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
