| Posted: | | | | I don't think it's just you. I tried mine and while I get a little information, it's mainly gone. I did upload today but didn't look afterwards, so that may be it. Checked a few random people from the forums and it's hit and miss of who has an online collection that is functional and who doesn't. When I go to database, I get an error message as well. Might be something general going on with the site. | | | Lori |

Probably Invelos did some changes preparing 3.8? | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | I just opened a topic with same problem. So I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem as well. I tried to do everything, from deleting all profiles up to data repair utility. Only 1 dvd profile is still online from my collection. And if I delete that one in the program and load up again it shows just another dvd on the online profile. |

| Posted: | | | | If you've uploaded your collection since last night, please upload it again and all should be well. Looks like an update planned for 3.8 unintentionally made it to the server. I apologize for the inconvenience. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative | | | Last edited: by Ken Cole |

| Posted: | | | | If you're seeing an incorrect total count, can you try resetting your collection by uploading a blank collection (File->Open Database, New Database), then open your main database and upload again? | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative | | | Last edited: by Ken Cole |
