Wasn't sure where to post this, but here seems fairly decent I guess.

Recently bought a new computer, just finally getting it set up and getting back into the swing of things.

Something has started happening which is driving me INSANE.

Almost every single time when I use the CLT to figure out common names, after I hit search, I get logged out and automatically sent back to the login screen. I have keep me logged in checked (and check it after every friggin' time I get logged out), but it doesn't seem to help. This is the only place I visit on the internet where it happens.

Using Interent Explorer 9 at the moment.

Any help in stopping this from happening would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play.

Yeah had this with IE9 too, sometimes even couldn't log in.

Problem disappears when using Opera or Firefox
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I've also noticed this and you're right. It's very very annoying. It works OK if you click search button with a mouse, but if you hit enter it will log you out immediately.

You do this by hitting "Enter", right?

Problem: for some Reason IE9 assumes that "Enter" means the "Sign out"-button in the top-right corner. Thus he logs you out.
Solution: either click the Search-Button or at the beginning press Alt&Q which put IE9 in Quirks-Mode. After you are done CLTing press Alt&9 to go back to the IE9-Mode.

Awesome.

Thanks very much for the solution, I've stopped ripping out my hair.

Not planning on using Internet Explorer forever, but it's just what I've got until I do some updates.

Thanks again.

Thanks very much for the solution,

De nada! I had a similar problem some years back with Opera and the search in the reports-section, Logged out every time I hit enter.
