| | Posted: | | | | How can I get child profiles to download for boxsets that I have in my collection? 2 examples are: Dexter:Fourth Season upc 097360772647 and Dexter:Fifth Season upc 097361399645. Disc IDs are shown in boxset profile for the 3 discs in the set. When I go to "Online/Refresh DVD/Check for Child Profiles" nothing is downloaded. I have the same issue with a few other boxsets, these are just 2 examples. I also have Dexter:First Season, and those profiles downloaded OK. |

| | Posted: | | | | This is a user-buil database. If you can't download any child profiles that means nobody has created them yet and attached them to the parent profile.
What you can try, is: Enter the disc in your DVD drive and check in the "Add DVD" -> "Add by Disc" tab, if the profile exists in principle. Then you can download it and attach it to the parent profile in the parent's profile edit window.
If they don't exist, simply uncheck "Download from Invelos" and add them anyway. | | | Karsten

| | Posted: | | | | I tried to download by disc ID and by title and got error message that says "Dexter:The Fourth Season is already part of your Owned Collection." Same for Fifth Season. How can I update the season profile. If I go to the profile for Fourth Season and look at box set contents, nothing shows for fourth season, but there is an entry there for fifth season. If I go to profile for Fifth Season, box set contents shows an entry for fourth season, but not for fifth season. |

| | Posted: | | | | Sorry for miss-informing you. The Blu-ray seasons 4 & 5 do not have existing disc-level profiles. Follow the instructions Karsten (DJ Doena) provided. They will let you create the child profiles. Also the Bulk-Edit plugin may help (have not used it myself). | | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |
