So I was watching Adaptation today and remembered that for the screenplay it was credited to Charlie Kaufman and Donald Kaufman, of course Donald does not really exist. So in DVDP, would Charlie Kaufman get another credit but credited as Donald Kaufman?

Well Donald did get his own Oscar nomination for Screenplay, seems only fair he should be credited as himself.
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

I don't own this movie, but I don't see how you could reasonably credit it other than as

Charlie Kaufman [Charlie Kaufman and Donald Kaufman] (or whatever the specific onscreen credit is.)

Might be too much trouble. I'll just keep it local.
