| Posted: | | | | When ever a divider gets changed (something added to divider), and I take the update, the system changes the existing divider into a episode divider, moves the existing crew to episode divider, then inserts the new group divider in its place with the associated crew. I thought it was a fluke, but it has happened more than a few times. Anybody else experience this behavior? Charlie |

| Posted: | | | | It looks to me that the roles are custom roles "Visual Effects Supervisor". We do not have that as a selection under the Art section, just "Visual Effects". | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. | | | Last edited: by mreeder50 |

Still does not answer the addition of a new divider for the same named crew.. |

| Posted: | | | | I'm not saying it's not a minor bug, but remember since they now have a custom role the program is copying them to the Other category. When you first click add divider, the default is Episode, so I'm thinking that's how it's happening. Can you change it to a group divider? If so, that's probably how you will have to work around the issue. Just my 2 pennies. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | I really haven't tested with this, but I noticed in your screenshot that the divider names don't match. I.e. old is "Visual Effects by Framestore", while new is "Visual Effects by Framestore New York". Same for "... by CIS" and "... by CIS Vancouver". Since the old and new divider labels don't match, I can understand that the system cannot merge them into one.
Could that explain (part of) this, or does the problem persist when the labels are identical, too? | | | Last edited: by T!M |
