| Posted: | | | | I was just wondering: when there's a cover scan contribution with 0 votes, does it automatically get declined or does the reviewer make a judgement call?
I'm asking since it happened to a contribution of mine where, IMHO, the submitted cover was quite an improvement over the existing.

| Posted: | | | | The reviewer makes the final judgement call. Even if a contribution gets 0 votes, they judge it on the merit and accuracy of the data or images.
I've contributed many cover scans before that never got any votes... probably because they were small genre titles and not many other people own them. | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | Covers can be declined with all positive votes as well; either due to error or because the final reviewer disagreed with the voters. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! | | | Last edited: by tweeter |

It could go either way. It might help to get it accepted if you explain in your contribution notes why you think it is an improvement. | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

This^. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free. - Citizen G'Kar |
