Dvdprofiler crashes when scanning a Bluray

I have the latest DVD profiler installed and everytime I tell it to scan a bluray that's in the drive, dvdprofiler crashes and tells me it encountered an error.


I'm running win7 64bit.

any thoughts?

Are you running anything to break encryption or region coding?
