| Posted: | | | | Not changed any settings but now when it says opening browser for submission, I just get the database page saying incomplete submission.
Any ideas? |

| Posted: | | | | Or, more likely, if you interrupt the contribution process by simply closing the browser and not by clicking "Cancel".
To get rid of this simply start the contribution for this title again and press "Cancel" in the contribution window. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

That's the roblem, I'm not getting to the page where I can check anything. It's automatically bypassing this to the page that tells me it's an incomplete submission. |

| Posted: | | | | Do you have the latest version of Firefox? Firefox has been known to be sensitive to needing old versions uninstalled, so maybe save your bookmarks, uninstall firefox completely and install the latest version.
If you still have IE available, try that before you try the above. If IE does the same thing, then you probably have another issue going on. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

Not sure what could have happened to do this as I submitted something a few minutes before the problem without any hindrance. |

| Posted: | | | | Alright, these are a stretch, but one of them might help or eliminate other possibilities: 1. Have you restarted your machine? 2. Have you rebuilt your database? 3. Find another profile that needs to be fixed, make the change and see if you can submit that one. 4. If you have other pending contributions, delete one of them and try to resubmit.
I'm grasping at straws here, but if you try these, only try them 1 at a time. If you have already tried these, I'm scratching my head, but will continue to think about it until someone else comes up with a solution. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | Edit to indicate the following is not correct information. Thanks to all who pointed out I was wrong.
Perhaps upload an empty database, then upload your current one. Your uploaded database is referenced during submission. | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 | | | Last edited: by greyghost |

btw, now it doesn't even open a new tab so I don't get any page at all? | | | Last edited: by samuelrichardscott |

| Posted: | | | | You probably already did this, I'm just grasping at straws here, but on the Navigation Bar on this forum web page, did you check "database>Contributions>My Contributions" to see if the problematic title is still in your list of contributions? If it's still there, is there any way to update or withdraw it? I've had this happen to me before but I was always able to resubmit without a problem like the one you are experiencing. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
