Ok i wentto catalogue ny copf of Fast & Furious 5 by upc as per normal , but it didnt recognise the number , so i did it by title and found it was in there, but with a different upc but identical covers etc , so is it possible to dload the details from this one and then edit the upc number , or enter the upc and then dload the detaills from the other one to save be having to do all the details myself??????

any help with this one appreciated

That actually can't be true. The frontcover might be identical, your backcover will certainly show a different UPC, and according to the rules the covers must match the UPC!

So downloading and cloning is absolutely OK, but if you want to contribute make sure everything is according to the contribution-rules before doing so.
